Eurovision Village schedule and timetable on Friday and Saturday with Fleur East, Conchita Wurst, and the Vengaboys
The contest kicked off on Tuesday night with the first semi-final to determine which acts would make it through to the grand finale. The second semi-final took place last night.
The final will be taking place on Saturday night at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena with 26 countries competing to win the trophy. But those unable to secure themselves tickets to the big event will still be able to celebrate the night thanks to the nearby Eurovision Village, located at Pier Head.The dedicated fan zone has been holding concerts, parties and screenings ever since it opened on May 5, with thousands soaking up the atmosphere.
If you’re popping down to Liverpool on Friday to check out the Eurovision Village or have tickets to the fan zone’s grand final event on Saturday, we’ve run down what is taking place. There will be appearances from the Vengaboys, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Fleur East and Danny Beard.
