A girl has been injured while out walking with her mum after a dog bit her on the face.
The child sustained cuts to her face after the attack on Hodder Road, leading into Mycroft CloseA six-year-old girl has been injured after being bitten on the face by a dog, police have said.
Merseyside Police said the child was still "shaken" by the attack which happened at about 08:15 GMT on 4 March in Everton, Liverpool.
