Hull City chiefs are unlikely to stand in the way should Everton target Jaden Philogene want to move.
Everton are on the cusp of a deal for Marseille forward Iliman Ndiaye and have already secured the return on loan of Leeds United wingerJack Harrison. And Philogene has now emerged as the latest player on the radar of the recruitment team as the club continues its efforts to strengthen. Against that backdrop, Hull owner Acun Ilicali has spoken openly about his policy towards his best young players - which includes centre-back Jacob Greaves, who made the Championship team of the year and is also understood to be of interest to Everton.
He added: “He's feeling like there will be some offers coming and I will underline something again; if you ask me, I will never sell them. The only reason is if they will come to me and say that they want to go. I advised Potter not to go, and if he had stayed that year, it would be good for him and us together and one year later, he could go.
