Everton were docked eight points last season after being charged by the Premier League for two separate spending breaches, with top-flight sides only permitted to make £105million of losses over a rolling three-year period. The club are in a slightly more comfortable PSR position after slashing their wage bill last summer and securing an uplift in commercial revenues this season.
The departures of Amadou Onana, Ben Godfrey and Lewis Dobbin ensured they made around £24million of profit throughout that window.
