Everton are said to be one of several Premier League sides keeping a 'watchful eye' on Al-Ittihad star, Jota. The Portuguese winger swapped Celtic for Saudi Arabia this summer, though has seen his £25million move descend into chaos after not being included in the eight foreign players Al-Ittihad are allowed to register by the end of the transfer window.
It is understood Jota is now looking for a way out of the club as soon as possible, alerting his former club Celtic and Tottenham Hotspur. Current Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou worked with Jota during his time in Scotland and helped bring the best out of the player. Everton are another club understood to be keen on the 24-year-old, as reported by 90min.com, with Brentford, Crystal Palace, Fulham and West Ham also said to be in the running.
