Boruto's arcs were not all equal.

Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Boruto: Naruto Next Generations and Boruto: Two Blue Vortex have proven themselves to be worthy sequels to the Naruto series, and they are just as entertaining as its predecessor. Set many years after the Fourth Great Ninja War, the series might not be the one fans have come to love but it is very close.

7 The Code Arc Was a Brutal Slug Fest Chapter #56-67, Episodes #287-293 Close Following the defeat of Isshiki at the hands of the heroes, Konoha faced yet another grim danger known as Code, the man who idolized Isshiki and was out for blood. His quest for revenge took him to a hideout by Boro, awakening Eida and Daemon to help him get back at Naruto and the others.

The character development was also amazing, as Boruto found a mirror in the young and spoiled Tento Madoka. Boruto not only learned what it truly meant to be a shinobi but also helped guide someone in the same situation as him, offering an intriguing parallel. Team 7's teamwork and chemistry were also a focal point. Although the Mujina Bandit arc wasn't groundbreaking in the grand scheme of things, it was a necessary storyline that showed the struggles that civilians and shinobis faced.

4 Boruto's Return Arc Is Shaping Up to Be One of the Best Currently Ongoing Close The 11 chapters of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex's first and current arc might not be enough to judge the whole thing, but it has incredible potential to surpass all its predecessors. The action has been almost non-stop, and Boruto has become almost a new person. The new villains have been incredible, there is more mystery in the series, and most importantly, the side cast is more utilized than ever.

Sasuke, Boruto and the Five Kage launch an epic mission to retrieve Naruto, and although Momoshiki's transformation made him nearly invincible, the Hokage and the shadow Hokage demonstrated why they are the strongest, and with the help of Boruto, they defeated him. What makes this arc really incredible is how relevant it is now, as it was the introduction of Karma and the first mention of Boruto's life being turned upside down.
