Australia is going backwards in its education standards despite billions of dollars of investment going into the sector, according to ACU Research Fellow Dr Kevin Donnelly.
“One of the reasons is … we don’t have a reporting and assessment system based on giving parents, and teachers
and students, a clear objective, credible idea of how they are performing,” he told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
