City have won the last four Premier League titles The hearing into the Premier League’s 115 charges against Manchester City over alleged breaches of Financial Fair Play rules will finally get underway today. Pep Guardiola’s side were charged by the Premier League in February 2023 but fans have been left confused over their lack of punishment.
