Pier Jam Tower Festival 2022: Stage times, travel info, banned items and everything you need to know
Pier Jam has graced the Blackpool Promenade for the last seven years, bringing the biggest names in dance music to North Pier.
This year, the organisers have announced a one off, 10,000 capacity show for Pier Jam's Tower Festival which is taking place this Saturday . The festival first began in 2015, with one small stage on North Pier. Since then it has continued to grow, and is now taking over the comedy carpet to bring a host of world class live acts and DJ sets to the promenade.Ahead of the festival, we've put together a guide of everything you need to know - from the all important stage times, line up and the items which you'll be banned from taking inside with you.
The Dune stage will host: Cru Cast, Skepsis, Darkzy, Kanine, Window Kid, Zero, Gentlemens Club, Cajama, Lazcru & MC ADPierJam Tower Festival is strictly an 18s and over event. The festival will be operating a strict challenge 25 policy at the entrances and bars. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for ID.The dress code is smart / casual but not scruffy and strictly no tracksuits / Jogger wear or man-bags . Trainers & Shorts are fine as long as they are smart.
Everyone is searched on the way in as a condition of entry. This is for us to ensure that no one is carrying dangerous items into the venue.There is no parking being run by the festival. People wishing to drive are advised to park at one of the near by car parks. You can find more information and prices here.Tram services will be running as planned. The last tram from North Pier to Fleetwood is at 11.32pm. The last train from North Pier to Starr Gate is at 12.37am.
