The Land Transportation Office has summoned a former LTO employee tagged in a viral road rage incident that occurred in San Jose del Monte City in Bulacan recently.
LTO chief Vigor Mendoza II said the former LTO employee, identified as Gregorio Glean was accused of bullying a delivery rider over a traffic misunderstanding.
Citing reports from LTO-Central Luzon director Ronnie Montejo, Mendoza said Glean was formerly a job order employee assigned at the driver’s licensing and renewal office in San Jose del Monte City. “Based on the report submitted to my office, this man had long been removed from the LTO even before this incident happened. But we will take more actions against him in connection with his abusive behavior on the road,” Mendoza said.
