The officer only came clean six days later
A sacked Northamptonshire Police officer crashed into a car which then caused it to demolish a church wall. Former PC Jordan Logue was not trained to drive at excessive speeds, a police panel heard.
He also drove on the wrong side of the road at times, with his car colliding with a vehicle belonging to a member of the public which caused it to accelerate and demolish a boundary wall belonging to a church. At the crash scene, Logue deliberately lied to a colleague and denied he had been driving with the siren and blue lights on.More than an hour later when asked again, he "deliberately lied again" and denied that he had had his blue lights on.
