Gerry Campbell was sacked for gross misconduct - but judges backed him at an employment tribunal.

Speaking to the Daily Record, Mr Campbell said: “Myself and my family have been put through a horrendous four years. I’ve lost a job that I cared about and devoted many years to. The judge added that the disciplinary panel which dismissed him “failed to carry out a reasonable investigation and used a procedure that was manifestly biased”.

“The SNP, who were in power at the time, have serious questions to answer about how things went so badly wrong.
