The former Trump Organization executive was freed after serving a sentence of 100 days.
Former Trump Organization executive Allen Weisselberg was released for the second time on Friday from New York City's Rikers Island jail after serving time for felony perjury, according to the city's Department of Corrections records.
Days after the ruling, Weisselberg accepted a plea deal in which he admitted to lying under oath about the overvaluation of Trump's Manhattan apartment in financial statements. In exchange, prosecutors agreed not to pursue any additional charges. He was sentenced to five months of jail time in April.The New York City Department of Corrections online database reveals Weisselberg was arrested on April 10. He was released on Friday after 100 days in jail.
