Liverpool are very unlikely to allow Wataru Endo to leave the club before the transfer deadline next month,It has been widely reported that the Reds have rejected a bid of almost £12million for the 31-year-old from Ligue 1 side Marseille – an offer which is believed to have been submitted weeks ago.
Endo was a surprise package for Liverpool last term following his arrival from Stuttgart 12 months ago.In any case, it is believed Liverpool and manager Arne Slot are unwilling to weaken their midfield by allowing Endo to depart.the Reds paid to land the midfield star last summer .Endo was a key man for Jurgen Klopp’s side in the 2023-24 campaign, making 43 appearances across all competitions – starting in 34 of those outings.
