EXCLUSIVE: ECHO Everton reporter Chris Beesley speaks to Blues legend Neville Southall about manager Sean Dyche's current options
Everton legend Neville Southall believes the current team are just a Peter Reid-style flash of inspiration from potentially turning their fortunes around.
He told the ECHO: “Once we get the whole squad back, the two wingers playing and we’re better up front, we can hopefully start scoring first and the load lifts off the whole team. “If you brought somebody in tomorrow are they going to change the environment? No, Dyche has got what he’s got and has to deal with that, everyone wants them to have a squillion quid to spend but he hasn’t got it. “Dwight McNeil has just returned to fitness, we’ve got Jack Harrison to come too so we’ve got two decent wingers there who can cross the ball. The striker then knows that the ball is coming in and he’ll make more runs and score goals.
