Exclusive sneak peek behind the scenes as filming of Bollywood blockbuster in Glasgow gets under way
Thriller Tehran, which stars millionaire movie star John Abraham, is being shot at several locations across the city centre over the next two weeks. The blockbuster, which is described as a geo-political thriller based on true-life events, is expected to prove a money-spinner for the city. It follows the arrival of Hollywood crews last year, who transformed parts of Glasgow toGurpreet Singh, director of production firm EMY imm, has been instrumental in bringing the cast and crew to the city.
Scenes will be shot across the city at a string of locations over the next few weeks until filming wraps on July 28 - including what looks like a huge scene for the movie which will require the complete closure of Blythswood Square, Waterloo Street and Holm Street.Council
