Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT The trailer for the Netflix animated Exploding Kittens has former Lucifer star Tom Ellis playing God while stuck in a cat's body — and he's facing off against Satan.
With a cast that also includes Suzy Nakamura, Mark Proksch, Ally Maki, and Kenny Yates, Exploding Kittens has the distinction of being the first time that Netflix Exploding Kittens is the first time developed a TV show and a mobile video game at the same time. The game launched earlier this year, though the source material goes back to a card game created by Elan Lee and Matthew Inman.
The duo will also executive produce Exploding Kittens, which hails from Bandera Entertainment, which hails from King of the Hill co-creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels. Given the pedigree involved and the vocal talent, this unique adaptation will be one to watch for when it debuts in just a few months.
