The event at the Middleton Church of England secondary school takes place on September 19
The time of year has come again when parents whose children are embarking on their final year of primary school are beginning to make decisions on which secondary school best meets the needs of their child.
It is an opportunity to experience a taste of St Anne’s, tour its amazing facilities, meet the headteacher and key staff working with Year 7, learn more about exciting subject curriculums by taking part in fun subject activities, sample its catering menu and find out about the wide range of exciting extra-curricular opportunities.
Ofsted visited the school in July and in the published report stated that the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development and leadership and management were all ‘good’.Headteacher Chris Heyes said: "Our Year 11 class of 2024 achieved over 220 high-level grades. Our fantastic GCSE results are testament to the hard work and dedication shown by our students and staff in school on a daily basis.
With such gleaming reports and clear improvement, St Anne’s is expecting a large number of applications for Year 7 places again next year and welcome the challenge with open arms.
