Emergency services rushed to Kellie Place in Alloa after an explosion and fire caused the roof of a house to collapse. Major roads were closed and a search and rescue team was deployed. It is not yet known if there are any injuries.
Kellie Place in Alloa has been locked down following the horror incident around 6pm this evening.
A picture taken from the scene shows the roof collapsed in on the building with fire crews outside the property. Black smoke can be seen rising from the gap where the roof has caved in. A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were alerted at 6.00pm on Sunday, 6 October, to multiple reports of an explosion and a fire within a house in Kellie Place, Alloa.
