Last week, locals using the A41 noticed that fences had been put up around the hotel site and security guards were apparently patrolling around it.can confirm that the business or businesses occupying the building are currently in the process of vacating it and security measures have been put in place to secure the site while it is unoccupied.As well as the hotel, some neighbouring buildings and an area of woodland would also be knocked down and built over.
