The claim: “ Tampon Tim .” Allies of former President Donald Trump coined this nickname for Minnesota Gov. “It’s more inclusive than other laws, but it certainly doesn’t mandate that they be in all boys’ restrooms,” Herman said of Minnesota’s law.
