City Council is expected to vote on that resolution Tuesday night, and four councilmembers have already said they will vote to pass it. The resolution not only calls for an immediate cease-fire in Palestine, but also the cessation of U.S. military aid to Israel.Samiha Islam from Muslim Engagement for Civic Action explained what she says many people believe when it comes to cities demanding an end to the violence.
