An utterly heartbreaking case
A pre inquest review hearing has taken place into the death of a Nottinghamshire nurse who is believed to have died from tuberculosis. Carrianne Franks, a sergeant nurse in the RAF, died on August 27 after weeks in hospital.

Miss Marshall, who was representing the service, offered her condolences to the family and then was excused from the hearing.
“It does feel like they are procrastinating now.” Coroner Bower told the family: "I would suspect and I would expect that you would get it from the trust," before the family receive it from the courts.
