Family, friends and colleagues are mourning three construction workers hit and killed on Interstate 83 in York County on Wednesday.One of the victims was 24-year-old Jesse McKenzie.'I don't even know what to say,' said his mother, Stacy Hay. 'Father of two, loving father. He was just a fun-loving guy, you know, got along with everybody.'Hay said her son was engaged to be married.Todd Albright was working alongside McKenzie. He said the whole ordeal was over in just minutes.
McKenzie and the other victims, 42-year-old Robert Hampe and 24-year-old Philson Hinebaugh III, worked for CriLon Corp. It's a construction company based in western Pennsylvania.It released a statement saying, 'The loss of these hardworking young men will be felt forever by the families, CriLon Corp., and the entire community. As a small, tight knit company, this magnitude of loss is unfathomable. Words simply cannot express our feelings as we mourn the loss of our fallen coworkers.

Multiple Vehicle Crash in York County Leaves One DeadAt least one person was killed in a crash involving up to a dozen vehicles in York County. Emergency crews were called to Route 30 eastbound at Kenneth Road in West Manchester Township around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. Route 30 remains closed in both directions.
