Her family say they weren't told about the fundraiser
The family of a teenager whose death is being treated as murder have urged the public not to contribute to an online fundraiser – because they don’t support it.
A GoFundMe page titled Justice for Kelsey/ Kelsey’s Send Off was set up by friends, but her family has said they were not consulted and are unhappy with it.The friends had set up the account in Kelsey’s name and had planned a balloon release at some point in tribute.
