A heartbroken family has described a Kirklees man who died at the scene of a horror crash in Birstall as someone who 'never wasted a day'.
Mr Biddle was pronounced dead the scene. Another man was also taken to hospital with serious injuries. A 25-year-old man was arrested after the accident but has since been bailed as police investigate. Three other people, passengers in the vehicle were also sent to hospital.
