The family of a man who died in Edinburgh have said they are 'shocked and saddened'. In a statement released through Police Scotland, Mr Ramsay's family said: 'We are shocked and saddened by his death. 'We would ask that we are given privacy to come to terms with our loss at this time.
The suspect appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday and made no plea to the charges of murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice. He was remanded in custody and is due back in the dock within the next week.
