The famous Whitelock’s team are taking on a new venture
Whitelock’s, which also owns The Turk’s Head in Leeds city centre, are working on a major refurbishment of the East of Arcadia - based in Meanwood. Following £150,000 work of investment the venue, in Meanwood Road, will open in October.
Once it is open for business the venue will be able to cater for 160 guests with a focus being on craft beers of Yorkshire. In terms of food, the Meanwood Tavern will enjoy a kitchen residency from local pizza fave Well Oiled.At the start of this month, ahead of the rebrand, the team posted an update on their Facebook page. They said: “We’re sure you’ve all heard the news but, please read on.
