According to reports, fan-favorite AEW superstar and former Big Brother star has been hospitalized this past weekend due to suffering a serious illness.

Under the ring name Vibora, he would ring the Lucha Underground Trios Championship with Drago and Pindar.During this time, Matelson would also win the All-Star Wrestling Tag Team Championship, the Millennium Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Championship, and DDT Pro-Wrestling Ironman Heavymetalweight Championship.Matelson then debuted at AEW Double or Nothing as part of the pre-show Casino Battle Royale, where he was eliminated second-to-last by 'Hangman' Adam Page.
