The sci-fi is slated for release next month
Jennifer Lopez fans appear to be divided by the star's latest Netflix project. The actor, who last year starred in The Mother, returns with Atlas next month.
Barbie's Simu Liu, This Is Us and American Fiction star Sterling K Brown and Spin City's Lana Parrilla also star in Atlas. Written by Leo Sardarian and Aron Eli Coleite, it's directed by Brad Peyton, who previously helmed San Andreas and Rampage.Lopez said of the film: “I loved that this is a big sci-fi action movie, but at its core, it’s a story of friendship — and a love story, in a way.

That means this trailer actually showed a whole character arc in two seconds" as a second joked: "And this is how you show the whole movie and all important plot points in 1 trailer, very good job netflix.
