Everton's Anthony Gordon suffered a bloody nose during a match against Tottenham Hotspur after an apparent foul by Dejan Kulusevski. While medical staff attended to Gordon, fans online expressed outrage that no penalty was awarded for the incident.
Gordon, 23, was then seen with blood coming down his face before medical staff rushed on to the field to treat him.
Taking to social media, one fan said: "How was Kulusevski not sent off for that on Gordon? He knows exactly what he is doing."
