Fans spotted the heartbreaking reaction of one Chinese Olympian after his major error cost his nation gold at the Paris Olympics .China looked set to take top spot in the men's artistic team all-around final, but two costly mistakes from gymnast Su Weide cost them dear and meant they had to settle for silver.The event sees teams of four compete at multiple different disciplines with every score counting towards the team's total.
The 24-year-old fell from the bar twice in quick succession during his routine, resulting in China being deducted two points for the double mistake.The United States took bronze, while Team GB missed out on a podium finish by coming fourth. "Poor guy absolutely devastating for him," one fan wrote, while another commented: "teammates showed him plenty of support afterwards…..NOT.!"
