Everton owner Farhad Moshiri is now exploring alternative bidders for a takeover after 777 Partners failed to provide sufficient evidence to complete a deal.that Moshiri was left with “no choice” other than to explore other takeover options.
777 Partners agreed a £500million deal to buy Moshiri’s majority stake in Everton back in September 2023, but the US group have so far failed to get approval from the Premier League.It is understood that multiple US groups are interested in an agreement and have been keeping tabs on the takeover situation.Maguire revealed that Moshiri is now considering alternative options with the deal with 777 appearing to collapse.
