Leeds United head coach Daniel Farke has expressed confidence in the club's medical staff despite a recent surge in injuries. Farke addressed concerns about training methods and potential changes at Thorp Arch, emphasizing his satisfaction with the current setup.

Leeds United head coach Daniel Farke has leapt to the defence of the club's medical team , insisting he's "very happy" with how things are working.
