A father has died, and his two children injured after a grenade detonated in their home in Indiana, authorities have said

Police in Lake County, Indiana, responded to reports of an explosion at a home on W Lakeshore Drive at around 6.30pm on Saturday.The device exploded when someone reportedly pulled the pin, the sheriff's department said.
