Fearne Cotton admitted she's been taking "therapy sessions" every week after candidly speaking about her cycle of "self-loathing".
She admitted: "It’s something I definitely don’t wanna miss, don’t feel like I could miss, actually. It has helped me insurmountably, it’s kind of hard to explain. "I can be a right arsehole to myself internally and berate myself and fall into self-loathing. Some of that is related to the past." This comes a month after Fearne revealed she was splitting with her husband Jesse Wood after 10 years of marriage. The star previously shared: "With my kids a bit older, I feel I’m in a new era. It’s simple things like walking – if I’m back-to-back recording or I’m on a writing deadline, if I can get an hour’s walk at some point in the day where I just listen to really beautiful music, it makes me feel really happy.
