Fearne Cotton announces shock split from husband Jesse Wood after 10 years of marriage
FEARNE Cotton spoke of having a "screaming match" with Jesse Wood and revealed her marriage had "hit a rough patch" before their split was announced.THANKFUL FEARNEHowever, it has now come to light that they had already been going through a tense time back in 2019, when Fearne admitted how their marriage was "suffering".
She said at the time how things had got more "difficult" due to Jesse's busy schedule with his band Reef.She continued: "This year, Jesse and I hit a rough patch - he was away, touring relentlessly, ."I was trying to keep my own career going while looking after our kids and we were both desperately clinging on to our marriage."However, she credited her husband's emotional side for them being so honest with each other.
She added: "In the midst of this gargantuan row, I think we both wondered where the love had gone and worried that it might not come back."A year before the couple tied the knot they welcomed their first child, a son named Rex Rayne Wood.Before Fearne and Jesse found love with one another, Jesse was married to his first wife, Tilly Wood.The former couple welcomed Arthur, 21, and Lola, 18, during their union.
However, it was not meant to be for the pair as they eventually called it quits in April 2011 just months before Fearne met her future hubby.- Fearne Cotton and Jesse Wood began dating one another after meeting at a party in Ibiza. Fearne had split from her ex, also called Jesse, just two months prior whilst Jesse Wood had separated from his wife of eight years, Tilly, in 2010.
