Concerns regarding the availability of drugs and other illicit items as well as food shortages and staff safety at HMP Five Wells were raised by independent inspectors last October. 'The female warder is being incredibly stupid,' the source said before quipping the prison officer had 'risked everything'.

The 30-year-old was seen partying at a daytime club and quoted the TikTok trend 'very mindful, very cutesy, very demure' while pointing to her electronic tag.
