Captain Bruno Fernandes said manager Erik ten Hag got "everything" right tactically after Manchester United beat Manchester City 2-1 in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday.
Substitute Jeremy Doku pulled back a late consolation goal for City, setting up a tense finale, but United held on to secure a second trophy in as many seasons under Ten Hag. Asked what Ten Hag got right tactically, Fernandes told ITV Sport: "Everything. He prepares every game well. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I think you could see it was about being compact and making pressure between the lines."
