Fernando Alonso believes Lance Stroll can step up and lead Aston Martin for the next “10 or 15 years”, when he chooses to retire from Formula 1.
Alonso would eventually ease clear of his Aston Martin colleague, the two-time World Champion finishing three places and 30 seconds ahead of Stroll come the chequered flag on Sunday.
