The second is that Aston Martin has seriously upped their game. The final, most obvious fact is that Ferrari is not in a great place.The Bahrain Grand Prix was not a great opening race for Ferrari, unlike their heroics in 2022. Charles Leclerc. The reason? Engine reliability.
Because of this, Leclerc has reportedly demanded a meeting with John Elkann, Executive Chairman of Ferrari Automobiles. As reported by the Italian outlet,, Leclerc wants to meet with Elkann to discuss the car and gain reassurance. The report also references the fact that Leclerc’s contract with Ferrari is up at the end of 2024.
We have a lot of work to do. Not the first race we wanted to have, struggling with the pace in the race and unfortunately not finishing the race because of a reliability problem.
