He plans to return to Washington, D.C., Tuesday afternoon for Senate votes, a Fetterman spokesperson told theThe crash occurred just before 8 a.m. Sunday in northwest Maryland on Interstate 70 near Interstate 68 in Hancock while heading toward Pennsylvania.
“On Sunday morning, John and Gisele were involved in a car accident with another driver,” the spokesperson said. “Out of an abundance of caution, they were evaluated at a local hospital. John was treated for a bruised shoulder, and they were discharged that afternoon. They are doing well and happy to be back in Braddock.”
Fetterman and the driver of the other vehicle, who was not named, were transported by ambulance to the War Memorial Hospital in West Virginia.Tags
