A six-month old fetus was found floating in a river in Barangay Matab-ang, Talisay Cityb, Negros Occidental on Thursday, Feb. 9.
BACOLOD CITY –
Major Karena Onio, deputy chief of Talisay City Police Station, said the fetus was found by a group of minors who were taking a bath in the river.She, however, said there were no witnesses who could identify the persons who left the fetus there.
