Figures released on Wednesday show tourism and energy “were the two drivers” of inflation, according to The Australian’s Environmental Editor Graham Lloyd.

“The cost of travel and the cost of energy – they are all linked,” Mr Lloyd told Sky News host Cory Bernardi.

“We’re really looking for those energy prices to stabilise and reduce, and that will take the pressure off inflation.”
