LAPU-LAPU CITY, Philippines — The Lapu-Lapu City Council has amended their Anti-Vandalism Ordinance to impose higher fines against its violators.This was confirmed by City Councilor Annabeth

These fines were previously P500 for the first offense, P1,000 for the second offense and P1,500 for the third offense. “Gawas nga atong gihatagan og dakong bili ang kahago sa atong mga artists sa ilang maanindot nga mga murals, ato sab kagustohan nga magpabilin ang kalimpyo sa atong syudad,” Chan said in a Facebook post.
