The three-bedroom home is up for auction

This three-bedroom home in Highbury Vale is up for auction, with a guide price of £50,000, after an explosion caused fire damage to the building. In June, 2019, Nottinghamshire Live reported families in the area describing the dramatic moment they were evacuated after a gas explosion.

Now the freehold end terrace is on the market - and is sold with the condition of planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and the erection of a single dwelling. The rightmove listing for the home, in Ingram Road, which is in Council Tax Band A, reads: "FOR SALE BY AUCTION!! The property currently stands as a 3 bedroom end terrace, which has suffered from fire damage.

"The property is being sold with condition planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and the erection of a single dwelling".View gallery Due to the condition of the property, the agents have only been able to inspect the ground floor and staircase. The scaffolding is included within the sale.No Internal Viewings. YouTube video available upon request
