Police say the driver was speeding east on Highway 90 when he crashed into the barrier. He died at the scene.
SAN ANTONIO — A residential home was destroyed in a fire Sunday afternoon, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.
The fire broke out at a house in the 600 block of Lynx Mountain on San Antonio's far west side at about 6:15 p.m. A fire department battalion chief at the scene said nobody was home at the time of the fire.
