Amazon's Prime Day sale starts this Tuesday October 8 and while hundreds of discounts are expected it won't be the cheapest place to buy these devices

Amazon Prime Day is the retail giant's huge sale bonanza where thousands of prices are cut in price. While this week's Big Deal Days sale event kickstarts this Tuesday, October 8 it won't be the cheapest place to buy three of the retailer's best-selling tech devices.

So, how are these prices possible? Well it's thanks to two main things, Amazon's decision to cut prices early and deals site TopCashback, when combined shoppers will get a saving currently not found anywhere else as our shopping team can explain. Initially shoppers will pay Amazon's current sale price but after seven days £15 cashback will appear in consumers' accounts - bringing the price down to an eye-wateringly cheap £1.64. Outside of Prime sales this exact same Fire Stick costs shoppers £44.99, roughly 97% cheaper than usual.
