Several fire crews are currently in attendance at a significant blaze at an abandoned mill tonight, Tuesday October 29.
Firefighters in six appliances supported by specialist aerial units and a water carrier vehicle are tackling the fire at Sinton's Mill just off Glebe Hill Manor in the Co Armagh town of Tandragee. No injuries have been reported at the mill, which ceased production in the 1990s, and the operation is expected to last into the night as the fire containment plan is put in place.
