Fire crews are still fighting a fire at a Christmas tree farm in Scotland. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were called out to the incident on Saturday and have scaled back their response to one appliance. No injuries have been reported.
FIRE crews were still fighting a blaze at a Scottish Christmas tree farm on Sunday morning, after being called out to the incident on Saturday.
The SFRS confirmed that the response had been scaled back to just one appliance by Sunday afternoon, as firefighters monitored the area to prevent reignition.A spokesperson from the SFRS said previously:"We received an alert at 7.11pm of a fire near to Birkhill. Four fire appliances as well as a high-reach appliance have been dispatched.
“Templeton Road is currently closed to traffic due to the fire and we would ask people to avoid the area.We know there are thousands of National readers who want to debate, argue and go back and forth in the comments section of our stories.
